Communications
In accordance with ACITS1
the ADF follows a communications standard where all external official
communications which relate to third parties are recorded together with
all replies received.
These remain posted for 12 months if a
communications cycle is completed (satisfactory and complete replies
received) and then archived. Any specific archived item will be made
available on request.
If addressees do not reply, then the
record of what was sent, together with any intervening correspondence
remains posted for public view.
